General FAQ's

Please contact us via email sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and provide your name, email address and order number.  If your goods have not yet been shipped, we can either swap for another product (if of the same value) or we can cancel your order, refund your money and then you would need to re-order the correct goods again.

If your product has already been shipped, then upon receipt you can return the item/s to us at your cost and you will be refunded the cost of the goods, less the shipping charge.  The goods need to be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact us with 7 days via email sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and provide your name, email address and order number. Please send a photo or video of the faulty/damaged goods and explain the problem.  We will assess and if in agreement, we will send you a replacement product for free.

Please contact us via email sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and provide your name, email address and order number, and advise what product you have received in error.  Please also send a photo.  

We will then arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately, and we will arrange for a collection of the incorrect item.

In the very unlikely occurrence that you are not happy with your Dreamweave purchase, please contact us within 30 days via email sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and provide your name, email address and order number, and advise why you are not happy with your product.   You can either apply for a refund or a store credit.  

You can only apply for a refund once, for your first order only.

The refund value will be the equal to the purchase price of the product only.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Domestic Deliveries

All deliveries within UK mainland are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service or DPD Parcel next day service.   A full physical delivery address needs to be provided.

There is free shipping on all orders over £35 

Otherwise, a £5.00 flat rate fee applies.  

All deliveries within Australian mainland are sent via Australia Post.  A full physical delivery address needs to be provided.

There is free shipping on all orders over $60 

Otherwise, an $8.00 flat rate fee applies for standard shipping, or $12.00 flat rate fee for express delivery.  

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of payment being received, although we aim to send out the same day or next business day in many cases. During peak times, this may take a little longer.  Also, if you have a preference of day that you wish to receive your order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request (week day deliveries only).  Timed deliveries are not available.

Please remember that days are Monday-Friday (business days) so weekends are not counted.  Also, Public Holidays may affect the delivery time too.

At present, we cannot send goods worldwide, however if you would like to order our products from a different country other than the UK or Australia, then please contact us at sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and we can put you in touch with your nearest worldwide distributor, or look on our website under the ‘Find a Stockist’ page.

Please use the track and trace system that the courier has provided for you to track your parcel.  You will be given a consignment number for your delivery, so please check online to find out the whereabouts of your goods.

If your order still hasn’t arrived and you have gone through the above processes, then please contact us at sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and we will help you locate your parcel.

Your order will be left in a safe place and if this is not possible, you will be left a notification to retrieve your order from your local Post Office or arrange for another delivery date

Orders processed in the UK are processed in GBP and will be subject to VAT 

Orders processed in Australia are processed in AUD and will be subject to GST 

Dreamweave & Co is not responsible for additional fees charged by banking institutions.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you order an item on subscription, there will be a minimum of 2 deliveries that are sent and charged to you before you can cancel.  



Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will store your payment method, then charge the full payment at a future date.

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund if the reason is congruent with our terms and conditions for returns. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Unfortunately you cannot use an additional discount code or store credit to purchase bundles or subscriptions, as these items are already heavily discounted.
