The use of this website is at your own risk, and Dreamweave & Co makes no representation or warrant of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website.We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits and consequential damages.To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of misuse of products purchased from use.

Intellectual Property

All material on or used in connection with our website, including but not limited to Dreamweave & Co’s name and logo, website designs, product names, images and descriptions, the look and feel of the website, button icons, images, audio clips, videos, page headers, trademarks, content, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all used software belongs to or is licensed to Dreamweave IP Pty Ltd, and is protected by UK and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Use of the Website

Errors and Inaccuracy

Dreamweave & Co reserves the right to apply any necessary corrections, changes or updates to any information on the website observed to have any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing and availability even after you have submitted an order.

While we do take extra effort in ensuring the information we provide on the website to be accurate, Dreamweave & Co reserves the right to make no warranties about the accuracy and reliability of the information, data or content on the website. Use of Products and Services

The products, which include samples, materials and information presented by Dreamweave & Co on the website are intended to be used for personal, educational or informational purposes only.

If you have known allergies and/or skin conditions you are responsible to check the ingredients in the products to avoid potential adverse or allergic reactions. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Dreamweave & Co always suggests performing a patch test before using the products to ensure there will be no adverse reactions in case you have any sensitivities or allergies.

This website is solely an online store for lip and lash products and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have sensitivities or have medical conditions, please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from the website before using or relying on them. Dreamweave & Co cannot give any answers to medical related questions and this website does not replace any medical professional or medical resource.

Communication from Us

As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive these communications and if you advise us at the time of placing your order that you do not wish to receive these special offer and alert emails we will disable that functionality for your account. Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to Unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow for automated order processing and order delivery on a timing preferred by the customer. The customer can choose to auto deliver every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Most discount codes or vouchers from promotions will not work in Subscriptions.

Prices

When placing an order, final Shipping & Discounts are calculated at checkout either in GBP, EU, US or AU currency, depending on which country the order is placed from.

Discount Codes/Vouchers & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promos. Only 1 discount code can be used per order placed. Otherwise, it will result in an invalid discount code.

Discount codes and vouchers are available to select customers and subscribers during selected periods. At the time of issuing a discount code or voucher, specific T&Cs will apply. In the event of unrightful use of discount codes and vouchers, Dreamweave & Co reserves the right to cancel orders and monitor customer use without notice, report criminal activities to relevant authorities and take legal action.

Shipping Costs, Delivery Times & Import Fees

All shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and are subject to change over time and without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are final at the point of checkout.

Dreamweave & Co is not liable for orders that are lost in transit, are not delivered within estimated delivery times or are marked as delivered by the nominated mail carrier or courier but have not been received by the customer. Within reasonable circumstances, Dreamweave & Co will assist in investigation, recuperation and possible replacement of missing orders.

Due to international trade agreements and import regulations that are outside of the control of Dreamweave & Co, in very limited cases additional taxes may be requested before your order is delivered. It is your responsibility to investigate import regulations particular to your region/country prior to placing your order. In the case that additional fees are requested, the customer, you, are solely responsible and Dreamweave & Co is not liable.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Dreamweave & Co mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dreamweave & Co ("Dreamweave & Co", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Dreamweave & Co’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dreamweave & Co through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dreamweave & Co. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Dreamweave or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dreamweave & Co mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
